Last day in Paris....

We started the day at Notre Dame with everyone but me lining up to climb the stairs to the bell tower.  I sat in the square as Monet and sketched the entrance and magnificent doors.
It was wonderful and people who passed were interesting to watch as well.

From there we walked to Rodin Museum to see the statues, stopping first for a light lunch in a sidewalk cafe.
It was beautiful and garden lovely.  After a short respite in a garden nearby we walked the streets to find Sennelier art store. I bought abrush and a pen.  From there we walked the quay street along the Seinne to Boulevard St. Michael and another cafe for a beer.  It was a hot and tiring walk but wonderful to be here.  The day finished with an Italian dinner in a nearby cafe, wine and home to prepare for travel tomorrow.  Air France, our airline is striking so hopefully their partners will still fly us to Prague.
