This was a perfect day to me. An hours ride in to Minerva which is a small village perched on a tall cliff. Early days it was accessed via a drawbridge but today has a high bridge. Narrow cobblestone Streets. Make a very picturesque sight. We artists scattered after lunch to take advantage of the sunny day. Lunch was at a local cafe and I and several others enjoyed a dish of came Bert with salad. Sort of like cheese soup.(keyboard acting up again)
We painted in various locations through out the. Village. Some did two or three paintings. And some none. The views were magnificent of the town high on the cliffs with the gorge below.
. Dinner was at the studio of a local artist whose wife made us paella. Apertifs were lovely wines and liquors with tapanade and pate.
Now I am back in Limoux enjoying the fine shower and bed for the night. Chris said the market is tomorrow so we may just stay in town to wander and make art.
I'll post some photos tomorrow when there is time. The walls of the studio are getting filled with our art. It is wonderful to see. Everyone is having a wonderful and very special time.

Subject: The toilet
This was all there was.
Cool that you're getting to visit local artists. The toilet looks a little intimidating.
