Everything is winding down here and boxes and bags sit half full. Making the annual transition to the lake means many decisions on what to take...art supplies and the rest. The trip to Sedona in a little over a week makes getting the right things in the right boxes important. This trip I'll take my pastels so they are sorted and selected for the landscapes so different from my normal view. I've been thinking about just how to start and am anxious to begin. No snake repellent, but boots, a sun hat and layers of clothing for the desert should work just fine.
Meanwhile I finished "Gracie" for Al to go with the painting of Grady I did a couple of years ago. Am hoping he likes it as well!!
Sedona will be such a treat. I look forward to seeing what you create there.
