We have been busy these last two days going first to Dysart O'Dea Castle and Lake Inchiquin. For painting. Both were beautiful sites and the artists produced some lovely work. A picnic lunch with coffee in china cups was enjoyed before traveling to the lake for a bit more painting . The wall is filling up!! We returned to Keirans Kitchen for dinner, the place we ate first....salmon and their own brews.
Today we traveled to Kinvara and it's harbour for the day. We shopped the market then began to work breaking for lunch individually. A quick stop into the BnBs then off to dinner at Cullinans Seafood in Doolin for what some called the best dinner yet.
Everyone is having a great time...except for bird poop on Gretchen's painting today!!!!

Tuesday in Ireland
We had another beautiful day today with blue sky like Florida. Unusual for here....due no doubt to my bringing boots!!
Monday we visited Kilfenora to see and paint the high Celtic crosses. Dinner at Dunguire Castle in Kinvara for a medieval banquet. Mead to start and then dinner. "Lady Gretchen". Was honored and given a claddagh ring by the lord of the castle. Fun evening.
Today warm again and we were off to Ballyvaughan and the Galway bay to paint all day. Breaking for lunch at Vaughn's Pub and some really fresh seafood...a d a pint or two.
More painting the back home. We had a happy hour at our B&B then congergated at Rathburn Hotel for Irish music and the internet......
